Our first hope would be that we could fix the issue or concern you have. Our ‘Pleased as Punch Gurantee’ means that we want everyone to receive something from us that they’re proud to hang on their walls. If we’re not able to or you’d simply prefer a refund we could proceed with a full refund instead.
